Dardanelle is often described as the dreamer of our team. She loves to see visions for a better future come to life and is known for pushing the bounds of achievement. When something seems impossible & out of reach, Dardanelle somehow pulls on the power of the universe and makes it happen.
Director & Detail Checker
Martyn has had over 20 years of experience in hapū business. He is a proud Poua to four mokopuna and actively supports his marae. He is most famous for paying attention to the details, keeping current with news hot off the press and is genuinely a breeze to work with. Resident Poua for our small team.
Navigator & Task Master
Maddison comes to our team with a background in organisational systems and health. Her superpower is procurement and efficient dupes. Getting bang for your buck is a motto that Maddison lives by. Her life hacks are gold and she takes this knowledge and shares it with anyone who will listen. Maddison supports whānau to action plans for the future and works alongside whānau in a supportive manner that ensures whānau get to where they want to be.
Administrator, Navigator & Reality Setter
Jasmyn is our all round superstar, keeping projects on track and implementing systems that keep our mahi lean and efficient. Her background in Māori maternity support and hauora enables Jasmyn to take a hollistic approach to her mahi when working with whānau to achieve their dreams. Jasmyn sees the vision for the future, and then drives us to take action by asking how we are going to get there.
